We know that starting a new role can be exciting but also daunting, so we try and ensure that your transition to your new role is as smooth and as welcoming as possible. Wherever possible, we ensure that you start with us on a day that we run our Trust Welcome to start you off with the vital information that you need. You’ll be given a Trust Induction Booklet which gives you a range of practical information that you’ll find useful when you start with us.
Our resourcing team will be on hand to ensure that you have all the information you need and can answer any questions you have. If you are working in a clinical area, you’ll also be provided with details of your clinical induction which will happen very shortly after you start.
You’ll be provided with all the information you need to collect your ID badge, uniform (where applicable), and your Smart Card, which gives you access to the Trust’s IT systems, as well as information on how to access ENH Academy to undertake your statutory and mandatory training. Your manager will arrange for you to be set up with an email account so you can get up and running in your role as soon as possible.
