Anticoagulation

Our anticoagulation clinics are held at the New QEII Hospital and support people who take blood thinning medication. Clinics are held in the Yellow zone on level 1:

• Routine INR warfarin blood tests and dosing – Tuesday and Thursday, 8am to 12noon (appointment only)
• New patient clinics – Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (appointment only)
• Telephone advice – Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (call 01707 247588 and a member of our clinical team will call you back)

All other blood tests take place on the ground floor near the urgent treatment centre.
